About ten years before I was diagnosed, I had an episode where I would get a dizzy headache when I turned my head a certain way. Really weird! Then if I changed the position of my head, the dizzy headache immediately left!

I experience similar dizziness or sense of balance. I just had a Dr. appointment and spoke of these sensations as well. I compare it to having ingested 4-6 beers even though I have not had a drink in over 7 years. Jokingly tell him I can adjust as I practiced while I was in college. Sensation amplifies when I turn quickly, either total body or head turn.
When walking, I need to focus straight ahead and I tend to "drift" to the left.
Also have pressure sensation across forehead and right eye most of the time. Feels best described as a piece of cardboard rubber banded around the head feeling the pressure.
Dr does believe that it is MS related and Neuro stimuli.

I noticed that even standing in a line, I have experienced dizziness! I think it is a new symptom. I want to call the ms nurses about it.

I've had that type of dizziness for 10 years. When I was finally diagnosed this past summer, I was told that the dizziness is part of the MS. Now that I am on Aubagio it has subsided a bit.

My PT asked me to stand up, look straight ahead, place my feet together and close my eyes. Weeble wobble big time. Spasticity medication is probably what I need, just need to ask my MS doctor next time I see him. It should help with walking since spasticity medication will help my brain know where my feet are. Should help prevent my foot stomp and the need to use walls for guard rails even when fatigue is minimal.
