Thank you guys. It’s been a long journey but I can honestly say things have improved so much for me, I only wish others could feel the same. It’s lovely how people want to help others like myself I see so many people trying to offer support and this just shows what a lovely community we have on here. It’s definitely helped me since I became a member on here, when I’ve been down or worried someone has always come to my aid. Let’s continue to spread the positivity together x

Likewise! I've been putting together some resources for this and have had a few people reach out for it so far. If anyone reading this is newly diagnosed and want to connect, I'm here! :-D

@A MyMSTeam Member I hear ya! I had that issue last summer. The only solution I found was that Lands End, Coolibar, and other stores are now making really cute dresses out of like a heavy swimsuit material. I got some two sizes larger than I wear so they barely touch my skin and keep me super cool. They look just like dresses so I'm even able to wear them out and about and have received many compliments since they are cute to boot! Anyways, I don't know what I would have done without those dresses and cute tops this past summer. Might be something to look into for some relief..... Are you on @ Tecfidera by chance? I wake up with headaches and have figured out that it's dehydration. I drink a lot of water, but with @ Tecfidera I feel like I need to drink water constantly or I get headaches.... Hang in there! XX

Here's a link to one of the dresses I have. My favorite (which was the same T shirt style but all black with a small band of blue flowers at the hem is no longer available, but they should have newer styes coming out soon):

Hi, I’m so glad you’re feeling better
Going back to work really will help. It makes you feel like you’ve returned to the real world and tbh it’s great when you can manage and put ms in a box for a while. Really happy for you 😘
