Hi everyone. I woke up on Monday feeling really unwell. I had a bad temperature, shakes, headache and all my body was aching. The reason I am posting is to see if anyone else notices there symptoms flare up when poorly. All my back, neck and legs are very sore and it feels almost like a relapse. My throat feels aweful and nothing seems to help relieve the pain.
Hi i gave this to a few people already.....get yourself echinoforce capsules and omega 3-6-9 capsules...will sort the flu out.....hugs
I'm so sorry to hear that you are feeling unwell. You did just go through the first phase of treatment for @Lemtrada correct? This depletes your immune system quite significantly. Additional to your limited protection against infection, the flu is going around and is a terrible strain in circulation. Your symptoms sound like the flu, but I would suggest to keep track of your symptoms and temperature and visit your physician. If it is the flu, there is a strong chance you could have a pseudo-relapse (just a temporary presentation of worsened symptoms) therefore it is critical that you rest and de-stress as much as possible.
I am only speaking from person experience, as this happened to me this previous Fall season--at which point I will add that I recently went through the first round of Lemtrada infusions in July 2017. I hope you feel better soon and find some answers, nonetheless xx
Really sorry to hear your not feeling well, must agree it sounds very much like flu.
I know when I'm not well, my MS symptoms seems to be worse.
Hope you are feeling better soon. Hugs xx
@A MyMSTeam Member So sorry you're feeling badly...sounds like you have the flu. Me personally, I've noticed if I'm sick...some MS symptoms do get worse. Not 100% sure that happens to everyone. Hope you feel better soon🙂
DO THIS FIRST: Okay, I forgot the most important person to call first, your primary care physician to see what they want you to do. Forget the others unless it’s after hours or you can’t get in to see them. I was just very concerned about you.
The ER is probably the worst place to go unless absolutely necessary, same with immediate care because if you don’t have the flu , there’s a really good chance you could end up with it.
