I have left neck and shoulder pain all the time, down to my left leg. Sometimes so bad I can hardly deal with it. Plus my right hand and leg are shaky. I know how you feel. Can I get help?

Deep pain under my left shoulder and into my arm, and it only happens when I lay down. I know it's not chiropractic cuz I see him every week.... gets frustrating trying to explain how I feel, especially because I never was one to whine much, too me pain was a sign of weakness leaving my body..... so, i pretty much clam up or come here to vent
