To be honest I know very little about it or what they do about it? Any insight would be great .

I had raised liver enzymes when I started Gilenya. The neuro said there was nothing they could do but monitor it and hope it doesnt get worse. After 6 months the LFT results returned to normal. I think it is a common side effect of Gilenya.

My liver enzymes were elevated and i had an ultrasound. It showed an area that they didnt know what it was and they sent me for an mri. The mri tech told me that they do these quite often and that it usually ends up being just a birthmark. That was what mine showed.
