If all of my past symptoms and issues resurface and or get worse for longer than a 24 hour period, I could be having a relapse. Though, sometimes, my past issues could resurface because of a cold/flu. It happens.

Thank you. That was the best and simplest description of relapse. My symptoms have never gone away. My former Neuro did nothing. MRI doesn't always mean a thing. I'm looking forward to having a Neuro that knows much more about MS than I do.

great info, thanks! Yes, in some cases we might do better with newer treatments, but at what cost/benefit. That's the fun part. :-)

Exactly what Angelo said. Sometimes the symptoms can last 48 hours. But according to everything I’ve read 24 hours seems to be the number
