I am dairy, soy, wheat (gluten/grain), egg and nightshade-free. No processed foods, I limit my sugar to berries. I feel fantastic. They are beginning to realize diet plays a much bigger part of this than anyone realizes.
Oof you're going to go on blast with this question! Diet is a huge conversation piece with MS. Add color to your plate! No processed food or tv dinners as much as possible. I eat dairy and bread still. Moderation with it all. Lots of water and a vitamin and Turmeric. An apple a day train of thought!
I just eat healthy food that I enjoy. I don't buy expensive diet books....
I just try to make healthy choices bit still indulge in what i enjoy!! You gotta live!!!!!
