Having very sharp eye and head pain right side with eye spasm following and blurred vision with darkness Which causes my brain fog and left side motor weakness..
Anyone ever experince this . it always is associated with my optic nuritis blurred vision. flare up's

Do you have a neurologist? It's not clear to me if you are seeing a Neuro. on a regular basis or not.
If, not, or if so, talk with the neuro., about your symptoms so that you can learn about what's going on with you, and to also explore the best treatment options available, e.g. Aubagio, Tecifidera, Rebif, Ocrevus, Avonex, and even Gabapentin (neurontin,) which is used to stop M.S. nerve pain, much like what you might be experiencing.

@A MyMSTeam Member If you believe you’re having an active flare, call your neurologist for an emergency appointment.
I know that IVIG can be used for some people who are having flares who can’t use steroids. I don’t know a whole lot about it so maybe another experienced member can chime in and tell you about it.
Ric59, sounds like you are having attack, you might want to call your neurologist and let them know and maybe they can help you out! Have a good and pain free week( if possible)!
Are these episodes short? Like between 20 minutes and a few hours? If so, have you considered optic migraines as the cause?
Yes i have 2 neurologist ...have a great support team now in place...i do have apptointments....coming up..with both..some of the meds ...i cannot have now..was told no more neurotin..it causes depression and messes with my blood pressure too..we dont want that..right now just pain mangment , more testing and patience...
