Well, I am right handed but MS took over and I can't even lift my leg or arm. I just practiced being left handed and I'm totally left handed now.
It's a different mind set, thinking Left handed. I can't hand sew left handed but
my challenge remains to be, left hand is only hand, and simple tasks like reading
A book and keeping it from falling off my lap when I let go to turn the page! I
constantly drop things.
As for the knife issue, either have someone pre cut for you or try to use your
fork to cut. There are certain foods I just don't eat cuz I don't wanna deal with certain issues. You'll figure it out. Hey, we had to learn to be right handed as kids so, give
yourself a break! 🤗 ✌🏻️

Yes, I unfortunately know exactly what you mean. You will figure out how to use a knife with your left hand. I got too frustrated and reverted to eating with my hands and, though I wouldn't recommend this, life with MS has taught me to improvise

If it's a lesion in the cspine that's new.. Then it's just time.. Although you'd have to know if is from a lesion
