I called the MS society and they were able to direct me to a disability attorney who had successfully filed for people with MS.

MS can be a tricky little devil. I personally felt better using someone who had MS experience.

I was approved and there is a limit they can charge.

I was seen by their psychologist and had a app with a medical doc the next week. After the psych visit, they canceled the medical doc and i got a call saying i was approved the next day. I was awarded even further back than when i applied, by the date i quit working. Total surprise to me. I was told that they only paid up to 2 years retro, could be wrong on that part. Good luck and prayers

Pecas, no one sent me for tests or exams. I think you really need to get an attorney. It will still take a little while. I'm not positively sure about this, but you will get any money retroactive to the time since you were last denied.

I agree with you ChefRaven. It took me years to finally get approved. When I got a Lawyer to help me I was approved.
