Rhodolia help our brain stay protected without all the immune busting side effects of most ms meds, and supposedly help with stress. I know it calmed my energetic and wild nephew down, but he a nonMser! Thanks, CR for the transparency about the results of this natural health product on ms specifically!

My naturopath put me on it a few months ago. I think it may help a bit, but nothing mind blowing.

I was on it for about 3 months, I think it worked. I felt a bit more energetic and not so exhausted. I am now wondering, why I actually stopped. Need to look into it again.

I answered earlier, but I'm going to add to my answer. I've been taking Rhodiola for several months now, and I do feel better overall, although the MS fatigue hasn't gone away, unless I don't do anything!
