I’m sorry for you. It’s been 5 years for me and I’m still very sad that my life was turned upside down . Some therapy helps but everyone grieves differently. Find an ms therapy group in the town where you live. That is helpful. I feel your pain. I’m struggling quite a bit. My mistake is not talking about it with my friends and family. They just think I’m a hitch but really just super depressed. A good therapist helps though. Keep your chin up. Stay strong and remember that you’re still amazing even with these bumps in the road.

It’s hard but you just revamp your life to make things easier to work for you and with you. I was diagnosed last year at 28. The good thing is the faster we know what’s wrong the quicker we can address it and vault further damage. No big, just have to come at it with a positive determined attitude:)

2. Track Your Medications: Consider using a pill organizer or a medication-tracking app.

Also we are lucky that there have been many advances with research and treatments. And a lot of support available. I think many years ago it may have been much more difficult for us. All the best to you 😊
