I started out on 10 mg 3 times a day then 4 x a day. Next was on 20 mg 4 x a day. Spasticity is terrible, makes walking difficult. On Skelaxin now, not working very well.
Im nor physician by any means but they started me out on 10 mg a day twice a day now thwy have it at 10 mg every 8 hours as needed. I hope that helps you, but each patient is different and responds in different ways. Best of luck to you and god bless

I would second that. The Baclofen did nothing for my foot drop either. I turned to the MS Gym with Trevor and now my foot drop is finally solved. I didn't get fatigued from it but I think everyone is different on this one.
I got Botox in my muscles and so far so good.
Yes start out low and work your way up to what helps you listen to your body dont start high start low tell doctor tony got started high and caused him have his hole side to lock up because of high dose I'm at 20mg now so start low first I promise I had that symptom cuz doc hit me with 20mg before was used to a low dose
