Members responded to a question about starting doses of Baclofen for spasticity, with the most common answer being 10mg taken two to three times a day as a starting point. Several members strongly emphasized the importance of starting low and gradually increasing, with one member sharing a personal experience where a high starting dose caused their spasms to lock up worse. A recurring theme was that body size, medication sensitivity, and individual response all play a role in finding the right dose, and members encouraged listening to your body and working closely with your doctor.

I started out on 10 mg 3 times a day then 4 x a day. Next was on 20 mg 4 x a day. Spasticity is terrible, makes walking difficult. On Skelaxin now, not working very well.

I would second that. The Baclofen did nothing for my foot drop either. I turned to the MS Gym with Trevor and now my foot drop is finally solved. I didn't get fatigued from it but I think everyone is different on this one.

I got Botox in my muscles and so far so good.
