Yes that happens to me on a lesser degree . I have to sit for 10-15 minutes and vision comes back into focus. Be careful with overheating it will exacerbate MS. Best thing I found is a quick cold shower. Helps me recover from the heat with little to no MS exacerbations. Hope this helps.

Yes, this seems to be the norm as far as I'm concerned. Any time I over-exert myself (walking too far, not napping when I should, getting overheated, etc.) my vision gets blurry and/or my eyes feel sandy, like I went swimming in salt water. Takes several doses of medicated eye drops and many hours to fully recover.
