It is very true if your core temp increases so does your symptoms, that's why so many ppl with ms struggles in the summer. Try using cooling devices when doing physical activities.

Sometimes symptoms can flare when your body temperature rises. Mine do. But maybe check with your neurologist.

Sounds like pseudo flare. Raise in core temperature, stress, illness can trigger pseudo flares.
