Yes my neurologist always orders my MRI’s with & without contrast. Apparently does show chants more clearly . Good luck

My neurologist told mw that the contrast helps them to spot the lesions and anything else that is a potential problem in the brain.

I had my brain MRI without contrast and the diagnosis was lesions confirming MS. Had another MRI with contrast and lesions were questionable. Feels like a no win situation.
