I feel as if my neck is going to snap with the weight of my head. Is this just in my head, litterly?

Hello, I recognize that feeling too! So you're not alone my lovely. It's a weird feeling, yes for sure, but I just either lay flat or at least prop myself up supporting my head. I get what I call "spot" head aches which are very intense and last for no longer than five minutes, but just in one spot no bigger than a golf ball.
God bless you sweetheart. XXX 😚🤗

Yes. I had nerve ablation done to facet nerves surrounding cervical spine. See a spine pain management dr.

I gather that it's more about your posture and the way you are sitting. Are you doing computer oftentimes? Thank you
BTW What's your location? I am all over the world. Oftentimes in Belgium, UK, Malta, HK.
