What kind of help do you need? Can you get around by yourself? I have Lupus and MS, I'm single, and I have five dogs. If I didn't have so many little people around to keep me busy and to keep me company, I'd lose my mind. You'll be okay. My husband left when my MS got too much for him to bear, too.
