I apologize, I know this is not MS related but I've gotten good advice from people here before so I thought some people might have an idea on this. I'm on disability and I have an HMO called Kaiser that is pretty good. What is more important I really like all my doctors and it's taken me some time (plus a few shouting matches with previous doctors ;-) to find ones I like. I have delta dental too..
My plan only covers 2 cleanings per year, and 1 set of X-rays.
The rest cavities, root canals,
Surgical & non surgical extraction of teeth( anesthesia, etc...) Not covered. Not even partially 🙁 I live in the North East. I’m finding even more “elaborate plans” that are$$$
don’t cover much at all, what they do “cover” you are still paying an additional 35-65% copay on the procedure ON TOP OF THE MONTHLY PRICE
OF THE INSURANCE PLAN.
