Wendy Hickman i was in hospital on the 7th was told i show signs of MS but tests so far arent showing anything EXCEPT
No hemorrhage is seen. There is no midline shift or mass effect. Ventricles andsulci appear appropriate. I would question that a little further. Im not really sure. My MRI said several lesions throughout indicative of a demylenating disease process. I also have a lesion on my spine. My MRI specifically said to rule out MS because it looks like that. It depends on the radiologist. Some brain changes are of course expected with age but i would question why they used the term "lesions" and why those lesions dont look like MS. Im not convinced

I was just curious because on my first brain MRI it showed multiple lesions in the white matter and my neurologist tried saying it was because of my age,( was almost 55) I told him no something is wrong so figure it out,so he did the lumbar puncture and labs and sure enough , definitely MS. We know are bodies and we know when something is off,just keep pushing Drs to help you I truly hope you get a diagnosis soon,so you can get some help.Hugs to you!

I dont understand why it says there are lesions but then dismisses them.

Thanks I've been having issues since I was 16 and am now 35. I tired of not knowing, but I do know 100% they are something wrong.
