I’ve been on Tecfidera and my liver enzymes went up, having a liver sonogram, I know it could be a medication side effect, just wondering if anyone has experience with this, trying not to overthink it but wondering if they will need to switch my meds

ALL meds have an effect on your liver, it's what they do.
Best thing you can do is keep yourself well hydrated.

I had the same thing and my white blood count got dangerously low so I had to stop taking it.

If I were you I would stop taking it and try something else out. I used to take techfidera years ago and had my own good reasons for stopping taking it. It amplified my mental health problems to the point that I couldn't even go to work.
