A MyMSTeam Member asked a question 💭

My brother has 24 brain lesions (confirmed to be MS) and in the same hospital stay he was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma. Needless to say we've had to attend to the kidney before the MS drugs can be taken. But his cognition is highly, highly impacted. I'm wondering what the best MS medications for cognitive rehabilitation? Thank you in advance!
