There are many modes of exercise. I typically walk including on a treadmill. Do my PT regimen. I use to run all the time but cannot anymore. The closest I come to it is alternating speeds on treadmill. I'm wanting to jog if I can.
Anyways, just a shout out for some responses!

I think any exercises in aquatics is the easiest route. Much easier on the joints and muscles.
Martha, I'm with you on that, I don't run anymore. Just not able to
Hey thatās awsome! That sounds like yoga stretches. Yo must be extremely flexibleš Thatās exactly the direction O want to go! Thanks againš
I used to run a lot, trained for and ran lots of 5k, 10k, and even a marathon. I really want to run as well, and some days I do, if I have enough energy for it. Iām a very dedicated walker, Iād say, just do what you feel like your up to, and donāt beat yourself up on the days you canāt. The important thing is that we are out there moving š
Danny...
Walking or a fast walk is great for building cardio...you really don't need to jog or run. But I understand the need to try. Walking up n down my driveway gives me what I need. Just keep moving as best you can.
