Alright folks, my question is this and some may feel it's more than they wish to share but I'll ask anyways

I had mono. twice in my younger years.. and I am fine now. But I have MS. I have had since 1987. I am ok. I have MS symptoms all the time. So MS lives with me, not me withMS. Take Care, GOD BLESS YOU.

It is my understanding and the words of my Neuro was 'You just have to have been exposed to it. You may not have had true EBV.

I never had mono, nor EBV.

But when I was in Alaska in the US Army (there my first MS symptoms started), I had a devil of a time with warts, which are typically caused by a virus. The Army medic's standard treatment was to use liquid nitrogen to freeze the warts, and I was in to the medics enough, and was a high enough rank so they trusted me and knew I knew what I was doing, that they'd just let me freeze the warts myself. I must've done that *dozens* of times.

I'm really curious on this one Danny.
I'd like to be able and find people from my high school that definitely had Mononucleosis and see if anything else anomolous has happened but a weird conversation starter!
