Like no tingling, no numbness, no heaviness? No MS hug? Just sitting there and being, and not feeling anything? Just comfortable? I miss it.

I miss a lot of things about my body pre-MS. Once in a blue moon the feeling will return in part of one of my feet and that is like a miracle. Even if it only lasts about a day. One thing I don’t miss is being overweight. Thanks to MS, I completely changed my diet and dropped about 70 lbs! So there is a trade off. I’m also a lot happier and less stressed out than I used to be, I can take time and appreciate the small moments that so many people don’t because they’re always in a hurry or worried about what’s ahead. All that said, hell yes I miss it lol

Yes and occasionally I have those days now and I cherish every moment.

Oh yes! I actually notice when I’m really comfortable in bed (because it’s so rare) and I try to just relish the comfort. I wish I could conjure it up all the time.

Every day I miss being “normal” (as if that’s a real thing) and going throw daily life without everyone looking at me like the feel sorry for me

Tamra/Jerry: Spot-on. As a elderly relative used to exhort me? “Remember, this world is not our Home.”
