Coconut milk has been proven to be healthier. You can Google it. If you like the taste of almond milk stick to it. I don't like it but that's just me

Yes! A plant-based diet is actually good for MS, it cuts back inflammation and can tamp down symptoms, and almond milk is part of that. I put it in my coffee and in smoothies.

All the answers to drinking milk alternatives are very useful in information. For me, i drink almond milk. I buy it unsweetened. In the morning, I heat it for 1 minute in the microwave. Then, I add a tsp of dark(bitter) cocoa. Dark chocolate is actually good, in moderation, for people with MS. Anyway, I stir the dark cocoa into the warm milk and microwave my version of coffee for another 30 seconds. Every now and then, I will also stir in 1 SPLENDA packet. But, now that I hear the comments on using honey as an option, I will try the natural taste of honey. A low carb lifestyle is helpful to those of β€œus” living with MS, in my opinion.
