What can be done about pin and needles in my feet

My right foot always has pins on the bottom and top of my foot

I had that at the beginning and it was one of the symptoms that eventually led to my MS diagnosis. I was prescribed Pregabalin by my neurologist and I'm still on it now, 4 years later, and it definitely seems to help me
