My Neuto and PT advised it. I used their suggestions for my body. Start talking to your PT.. I started slow with water aerobic classes and just kept moving ot marching if I could not keep up. The instruction tells and shows you what to do.
Good luck. I was 40 when I started it. I retired and do atleast 4 days a week...now 73.

Several types of exercises can be beneficial for MS, but it's important to consult your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine. Here are the main types that can help:

• Strength/resistance training to build muscle strength
• Aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, or swimming for endurance
• Stretching exercises including yoga and tai chi
• Low-impact activities that incorporate gentle movements Tai chi and yoga are particularly helpful as they:
• Involve slow, deliberate movements
• Incorporate deep breathing
• Include mindfulness components
• Help improve balance and flexibility
• Reduce stress levels

Remember to avoid overexertion and take breaks to prevent overheating, as this can worsen MS symptoms. Start slowly and gradually increase activity as tolerated.
