My fingers go numb completely when they go through their little Reynaud’s syndrome. I just do what I can to warm them, and wait it out. It does pass for me once they thaw out again! 🤗

When I feel cold, or in cold weather very often find myself layering up. When I am cold, my fingers feel like ice. Legs feel weaker, tingly and numb much more. My fingers cramp and basically lock up.
