Very informative as I’ve only had MS for 3 years and I still have questions about myself. I’m learning about me more and more which is sorta sad but I’m accepting my situation the best I can.

@A MyMSTeam Member a lot of us like myself are constantly learning because not everyone has the same symptoms. Don't be sad just treat it like a non-stop learning curve. There are days my body tolerated some cooler weather Vs. warm weather. Generally I do good with it between 65-75 but it changes. listen to what your body is telling you and go with it just don't overdo it. Have a good night,
