My quads are so tight. I think it's extensor spasticity. It's been pretty brutal the past couple days. Our monsoons are here
i took an extra baclofen. it’s not perfect.

I feel it in my hamstring behind my knee. Started doing stretches for my sciatica and that has helped a lot.

im afraid to do the tridenidine spelt wrong sorry i dont want to sleep all day and be a zombi the next day.. any ideas of natural less sadateing things to try.. baclafon i have seziure and kidney issues but mild

I’ve had horrendously bad flare up’s because of heat. One time I was in garage for 30 seconds and whole body tightened up and could barely move. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
