I stay quiet so I don't bother people due to unable to speak.
I did the same. I’m still apprehensive and basically mostly speak when spoken to after I had trouble 3 different way. Loose words. Mix up words. Slurr words. lol Ike the rest.
I don't talk to a lot of people but I do get words mixed up and forget a word. I'm always calling my younger son by my older son's name, but he answers me anyway.
