Had mine out several yrs ago. Was full of stones. As a nurse, have cared for many g.b. cases. None with MS. Occurrance, coincidence?
The AI provided an answer to what it was able to find. Maybe start there.
Had MS for over 30 years and never heard of a gallbladder issue with MS, but anything could be possible with this unpredictable disease.
Aww man I know what you mean Arlo I’ve had a couple before and they were pretty intense and yes even breathing is hard. These attacks were gallbladder attacks but being passed off as the hug which freaken hurt too. Glad you have only had 1. I was diagnosed almost 10yrs ago and thankfully the hug hasn’t been super consistent it’s more my eyesight, heat intolerance, balance issues, nerves pains and so on.
Now that you mention MS hug, I would get an extreme pain and tightness in my upper left abdomen like right under my ribcage. And sometimes right in the center right under the sternum. They didn't find anything and settled on gallbladder issues. I wasn't diagnosed with MS yet. I thought the gallbladder was the issue because it did have polyps in it post biopsy, but the pain happened again a couple months after surgery, so definitely MS hug
