Curious to to know your experiences and side effects of various drugs,
Also going to ask about cortisol levels as I feel as if I get thru events with adrenaline and the crash when they’re over. Not sure if there’s anything else I should have them check me for🤷‍♀️

@A MyMSTeam Member, That's what I take. I take mine Monday mornings. I've been taking it 3 or 4 years, could be longer, I don't remember. I do know that my last bone density scan showed an improvement.

I am on Alendronate sodium tablets which are a once a week medication taken with a full glass of water it's been a harder time to remember to take it just because it's one swing so you have to go ahead and set a reminder so you can remember I usually do it on a Saturday or Sunday I've been on it for a couple of years I was diagnosed with osteoporosis probably about 3 years ago

I take one and my osteoporosis had changed from osteoporosis to osteopenia, which is an improvement. I haven't had a bone density scan recently so I don't know if it's changed. I take alendronate and have for several years. Mine isn't caused by steroid use since I've never had steroids given to me.
