I think I am be experiencing perimenopause, so my question is for those that are going through "the change," how do you deal with the both the MS symptoms and the symptoms of perimenopause?
I went through menopause at 52 years of age.. same as my mother.. yes, she mentioned to me when it started for her... for me, I had quite a few sweats.. inner heat made me more uncomfortable.. at 70, I still get the inner heat periods.. though they don't last as long as when I was changing .. I am of french hugenot, scottish, french and american indian heritage...
My goodness, the hot flashes would do me in. I would quickly take off layers including socks to get cool fast. Good luck, @A MyMSTeam Member!
I was blessed to be way passed menopause when I was diagnosed.
