Here's an example of ankle clonus. The lady doesn't have ms but has issues in her cspine. She shows clonus in her right ankle. Mine is left ankle. I don't have as many beats as her but it's still frustrating
I have lesions in same area
It is a reflex due to an upper motor neuron lesion.

I take Botox for spasticity in my legs I go every 3 months for about two years now it does seem to help but I don’t know if it’s the cold weather (it’s 30 degrees here) or what not due until February 19 but they have been really spactic lately maybe I need to up my dose

Was not worth the effort for me. Helped my spasticity a bit, but did not last long.
