I just remember Dr. charcot
Jean-Martin Charcot (1825–1893) was a French neurologist who identified multiple sclerosis (MS) as a distinct disease in 1868. He was the first to diagnose MS in a living patient.
Since the late 1300s, individuals with a progressive illness suggestive of MS have been observed. It wasn’t until 1868 that the famous neurologist, Jean-Martin Charcot, lectured on the features of MS and gave it a name.
Never heard of it until I was diagnosed with it. Didn’t know anyone who had it until a couple years later. Weird how once you have a disease you learn about others with it.
Hi i knew straight away as my aunt val had it, then years later my mum was told shehad it in her head..😖
Steroids shut the inflammation down! And saved my life . Seriously
