My necks throbbing and my shoulders hurt. I've been really busy and a bit stressed. I started having this neck pain, like a dull throb, and sore muscles in my neck and shoulders. It's got to be MS related!

I think it's more from stress and you need a massage to relax because we hold most of our stress in our upper back so try a massage and it should reduce the pain you have in your neck and shoulders

I'm sorry you are stressing out and it is affecting you physically. I went through that for years. I had a stressful job and marriage. Once I quit banking life was a bit better. Try to distance yourself from whatever is stressing you out.
