All I know is despite MRIs saying I’m stable…it feels dreadful. I suppose I just got worse in the first year but it’s settled…or am I used to it and in a routine? You learn what helps. I’ve learned to say no and do a lot of sitting and reading. My exercise tends to be going out for a coffee!! So it’s progressed but seems quieter now. I notice the neurologist watched me walk into his consulting room…. At first I got there on my own with a stick now it’s on a walker with a helper…. Think progression has much to do with looking backwards…

I have PPMS and no new lesions and I am progressing to the scale of 9. My Neurologist said there is nothing that will help as progressing can’t be stopped. There has to be something to take? I have tried canibus and some herbal items? Does any one have any ideas what has worked for them?
It like I need drug speed or 5 hr shots, viverin?

I had my annual with my Neuro. She pronounced me 'stable', and I didn't need an MRI. I deteriorate regardless of new lesions. Mostly fairly slowly, but any infection lays me low, and recovery is never complete

I mean they call it primary progressive for a reason? You don't progress from more lesions you just progress from what I understand
