One of my extra crazy symptoms is all over body numbness. My hands, arms, face, feet, hands, neck, etc all have a feeling of heaviness accompanied by a lack of feeling. Any itching I feel comes across as neuropathic. When I go to scratch it, I can't feel myself scratching the itch unless I'm looking at it. Then I just feel like I'm getting stabbed. Hi Jennifer for me heat and MS not a good combination. It will exacerbate my MS making the numbness, weakness, dropped foot ect. worse. I found a cold shower helps cool down quickly to avoid an exacerbation. I also stay inside when it’s the hottest part of the day. If I have outside work to do I wait about 1 hr. before sunset. Hope this helps.
Jennifer I have tremors every now and then. Last time it was in March 2025. It starts with my face on left side twitching, then my hands tingling more than they do, hands twitching, body shaking, then legs feel like jelly. It started on a Friday at a small tremor, then each day after until mid Sunday it got worse. My daughter took me to the hospital and they admitted me. They did CT and MRI. A neurologist come in and said it was all related to my MS. They discharged me after 2 days in hospital. It was so scary and I felt no energy. MS sucks!!
Last week when it was really muggy, I was sweating like crazy, which I would assume is normal, but my legs and feet were freezing, l had these kind of cold electric zaps and goosebumps.
Hey there, I haven't measured my body temperature or have a smart watch. In some cases like the legs feeling like they're sweating but in actuality, they're not, my body is warmer than normal.
