Agree I think part of the issue is being encouraged to find out more so joining different sites. I joined a variety while working out which was best for me then quit the ones that were wrong for me but getting off email lists can be easier said than done. I’ve got non ms related emails I can't stop! If you work it out would love to know what you did!

Hi Heather, you can change your email notifications - go to view all notifications, click on ‘email notification settings’. You can then select what sort of notifications you want/don’t want. 😊

I’m not sure about which multiple accounts?? There are different groups in myMSteams…in the UK we are urged to use MS Trust or MS Society but they’re not as good as this one! Perhaps because more people have RRMS which I don’t feel as much affinity for…they have remissions!! There are more people with PPMS here to talk too.
I do find it hard to see the answers sometimes….Im not pressing the right buttons maybe? I also have my email clogged…but at least we’re talking….

On Wednesday this week I completed a cognitive and memory test at my doctor's. My score was 19/20. There's nothing wrong with my. brain.
