The Wahl’s protocol is absolutely not carnivore. Like at all.

She suggests about nine servings of vegetables per day. That’s a whole lotta not meat.

I can see why carnivore would be favorable, but i have not heard of it specifically for MS.

I follow a Wahl’s guided AIP (autoimmune protocol). Basically eliminated lot of things that are potentially inflammatory and added things like organ meat.

A carnivore diet would be too rough on your kidneys and other organs. My doctor suggested the Mediterranean diet

I don't follow any diet. Most of the ones followed today aren't something my husband should not follow and I'm not cooking 2 different types of meals. I basically don't often fix the things he shouldn't eat, some things I don't fix at all.
