I'm not exactly sure the carnivore diet is but we do eat meat, we also eat fruit and veggies, dairy. Our diet is, fresh if possible, frozen is our next choice and then canned. This does not include the dairy stuff. As long as our lab numbers are good, I see no reason to change.

I do the carnivore diet every six months or so but, never longer than two weeks at a time.
I don’t do the carnivore diet , but I heard it reduces symptoms. I was watching some videos from Dr. Anthony Chaffee and he has interviewed some MS patients who had success by switching to Carnivore Diet. Good luck to you and if you do try it , please update us on the results.
