"Hi everyone, I’d like to ask for some advice. I’m on Ocrevus and my WBC (neutrophils, lymphocytes) keep dropping, IgE is high, and I sneeze every day like a cold. How do you deal with this? How long have you been on Ocrevus? Anyone switched meds? Thanks so much for sharing 🙏.

I have been on ocrevus for a couple of years. I haven't had those side effects. Although it does make me feel a little bad a few days after I have had it. I have asked them to slow down how fast they do the infusion or talk to your MS nurse or consultant. Good luck with it all.

It has been very difficult for me to see my neurologist directly. Most of the time, I have to send a message through his assistant, but he rarely replies. I feel my concerns are quite serious, but he seems to consider them normal or does not respond.

I came off of Tysabri after 14 years (my JCV titers were creeping up), and went on Ocrevus about 2 yrs ago.

My WBC and lymphocytes consistently test low, and I seem to have a year round allergies/cold, lol, and I have heard it is a feature, not a bug. But definitely you should talk to your Neurologist (or MS Team) about it.
