Such a vicious disease! It's hard to believe that I used to seek out that dizziness and spinning of the room. Now; stability is my friend..
I am trying to locate an adult Walker. Like the one a baby uses. I would like to get in it and have my legs dangling. I would like to try this before I put tracks throughout my condo, allowing me sit in a seat like a swing and walk about.
I will never stop thinking of ways to make life better and to improve my condition
When you go up quickly your blood pressure is going down to much if you have MS or not
Do the same in several steps
I don't have that problem when sitting, but at least twice a week I get it after standing up. Vision starts to go grey to black, ears ringing, dizziness is strong. It scares me. Luckily I haven't passed out. I do get dizzy when standing multiple times day. I was fine before being diagnosed, so this and the other issues that came with it are tough to accept for me. I'm trying to not let it define me, but that is a greater struggle than I can fit here. The only time I had problems is when the doctors were trying different drugs. A few of them made the room spin or gave me vertigo....all while sitting and with my eyes closed.
That's true but I think about it often. Especially when I bend over. I suppose it's another thing to be anxious about.
