Hi Hakeem, our kidneys and liver are supposed to aid in that process of keeping the blood clean.
Some supplements and cleanses can be very dangerous in altering electrolytes, damaging organs and weakening the strength of meds you take.
I believe in the natural side as well as the conventional medicine side.
Cinnamon and ACV can help keep glucose in check, Milk Thistle is good for the liver, etc.
Virgin olive oil, pomegranate is good for the heart, fresh and washed fruits and veggies, fish, dark greens.
That’s my 2 cents, my friend. Spend it wisely! 🙂
ummmm??? unfortunately I was told I have Lesions on my brain 😬 whatever that means....
@A MyMSTeam Member: PERIOD! YES! I love healthy food alternatives to help manage the condition too!
@A MyMSTeam Member: I was PPMS for a while during one of my largest flares and I'm not going to lie when I tell you that mobility stretches, running and limiting how much OIL was in my food was the biggest help 🙏🏻🙏🏻
That’s good, Hakeem! We learn as we go!
Good night!
Yea I've heard of the red clover but I never tried it, I've never heard of the pau D'arco I'm going to look that up. I eat garlic at times for the immune support and daily I take ginko bilboa with gotu kola and lions mane. I try to lean more on the natural side but with this being new to me I'm open to other options
