When I am exerting extra energy (like picking up something heavy or bearing down during a BM) I have been having this painfully odd sensation of pins and needles starting from my neck, down the back of arms and across my chest and breasts. It reminds me of when milk lets down when breastfeeding, but it’s definitely not that. Anyone else? Is this the “MS hug”?

Might be either that or a pinched nerve in your back or neck.
