Random question, not expecting full answers tbh... Black holes and the brain

Every time i mention black holes on my brain to my neurologist, he starts telling me the brain can find a new route to its destination (signals)
I GET THAT.

But if its on the frontal lobe (I don't know if it is) can that ne bypassed like the rest?

I'm probably wrong and its fine but i don't trust my neurologist as far as i can throw him

I went to see a dr the other week, was surprised he didn't look at me like i had 5 heads, explaing the face sensitivity, but he didn't. 2nd dr I've ever liked.
I trust none of my care team.
I know the brain does create new pathways, just didn't know the frontal lobe can.
Im on my 2nd neurologist, i know thats nothing but two cant help me, no point trying a 3rd
