I understand MS can also affect the bowels. Does anyone else have this problem? What do you do about it?

Sry to hear about constipation. I am a certified Red Seal Canadian Chef with MS now.. I will givevya a ild old all Natural remedy for your constipation. My Grandmother taught this too me.long long time ago. To help with that issue of constipation. All you do is have leeks theylook like huge green onions.take the lil bit of the outside peel off discard it. Cut a couple of the leeks up the whole leek even the green into huge pieces and boil them for at least 10+ mins. Then their limp. Take them outta the water. And cool the water/ liquid down to wear u can drink it pour into glass or cup and drink it. It cleanses and will knock that constipation right outta you lol. I am serious you just boil the leeks and drink the liquid. And dam believe me it works you.can Google it if you want. Their loaded with fibre and drink the boiled water and things will definately get it moving. I just googled it but I already know plus has alot of benefits for the body for anti toxins and Health.

I take over the counter supplement Magnesium pills daily. I found this on a doctors website when I was having problems with my bowels. He said colace remove the water out of your system and you need water for your bowels to have a bowel movement, where as Magnesium doesn’t. Ask your doctor! Good luck
